I also use copper tape and it usually works, but it seems it doesn't bother some of the snails we get here!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8081101795597600004.post-13270478964689538942016-06-28T15:54:40.526+01:002016-06-28T15:54:40.526+01:00I was dubious about the copper tape...but it reall...I was dubious about the copper tape...but it really does work, but you have to make sure there are no resident slugs to trap in your pot!Stasherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02616094223215469144noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8081101795597600004.post-23156657541683053242016-06-28T15:53:29.021+01:002016-06-28T15:53:29.021+01:00Thanks Donna, your peonies are lovely. The ones I bought growing in pots during the summer, have fared much better. Now they are several years old, the pot grown ones are still better.Stasherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02616094223215469144noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8081101795597600004.post-73825254901211221872016-06-28T15:50:23.677+01:002016-06-28T15:50:23.677+01:00I too was a little dubious. I bought the tape last year, and during Christmas I treat myself to a few hours pottering in the garden, and one the jobs I did was put the tape on my hostas, before the slugs went in to feed. I'll post up a picture of the pot soon. It really works a treat.Stasherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02616094223215469144noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8081101795597600004.post-61680169558810881962016-06-28T08:09:56.408+01:002016-06-28T08:09:56.408+01:00Your roses are some of my favourites, and beautifu...Your roses are some of my favourites, and beautiful with the alchemilla.
