I am going through my plain and simple phase in almost everything folks. Will probably be that way for some time I feel.
Enjoying the details of the Cosmos picked yesterday in the anticipation of a frost. We haven't had one so far!

Regardless of their simplicity, these poison bottles of cosmos are glorious, Noelle. That's what I like about IAVOM - it shows we don't need more than a singe stem in a vase to give a pleasing result. Thanks for reminding us
ReplyDeleteSimple flowers are often the best ones (even if I seem to have a hard time keeping my vases simple). Most of my own Cosmos have once again succumbed to mildew. I suspect they'd be happier in warmer weather, although the local garden centers always seem to sell the plants in early autumn.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, simplicity can emphasise the beauty of a flower and you have captured these Cosmos so well Noelle. Giving our full attention to less can be very refreshing.
