To calm me down this morning, I baked some rolls...
The wholemeal flour is sifted, and some of the bran used to coat the outside. The technique was beautifully demonstrated over on the Bake with Jack Homebaker's Club.

In the freezer now, as we already have a seeded sourdough in the breadbin. I'm in a state because we are about to have the kitchen floor redone which means being separated from the kitchen for three whole days!
